### Project:

**As a Spanish Digital Advertising Specialist,** you will support advertisers using the advertising solutions of one of the world’s largest social media and technology companies. You will advise existing Spanish-speaking business clients, review campaign performance and recommend improvements that help them achieve better advertising results. is a consultative commercial role focused on existing customers, not cold calling.

### As a Digital Advertising Specialist you will:

-   **Support existing Spanish-speaking business clients and advertisers**
-   Analyze campaign performance and recommend clear improvements
-   **Guide customers through advertising tools and campaign features**
-   Help clients set up, manage and optimize digital campaigns
-   **Identify suitable commercial opportunities based on each customer’s goals**
-   Build strong client relationships and maintain accurate records
-   Share relevant product updates, upgrades and transition paths
-   Collaborate with internal teams in an international environment

### Competitive salary and remuneration system:

-   **Base salary:** 1,100 gross/month
-   **Fixed project bonus:** 300 gross/month
-   **Sales bonus:** 250 gross, paid quarterly – your performance has a direct impact
-   **Two additional salaries per year:** 2,200 gross in total – one full salary at Christmas, half a salary at Easter and half a salary in summer
-   **Up Hellas Mastercard meal voucher:** 3 net per worked day (approx. 60 net/month), increasing to 6 net per worked day (approx. 120 net/month) after one year
-   **9 country holiday days** in addition to standard annual leave

**Average monthly package: 1,400 gross/month + sales bonus + 2 extra salaries + Up Hellas Card**

### Requirements:

-   **Spanish at C2 level**, spoken and written
-   **English at B2 level** or higher, for training and internal communication
-   You live in the Athens area or are ready to relocate
-   **A commercial mindset and confidence communicating with business customers**
-   Previous customer service, sales or B2B experience is welcome, but not required
-   Good PC/IT and organizational skills
-   Interest in social media, digital advertising and online trends
-   **EU citizenship or a valid residence permit with full rights to work in Greece is required**
