Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to offer a unique opportunity for a Polish & English Player Support Specialist for Riot Games. If you're passionate about gaming and committed to providing exceptional support, this role is for you. As a Player Support Specialist, you'll assist Polish-speaking players with issues related to their Riot Games accounts, ensuring they have the best experience possible while navigating the vibrant world of Riot Games.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality support to Polish-speaking players through various channels, including email, chat, and support tickets.
-   Assist players with account-related problems, including but not limited to login difficulties, account recovery, and billing inquiries.
-   Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions within the support ticketing system to ensure a seamless follow-up process.
-   Provide players with clear explanations of policies, procedures, and game updates to enhance their understanding.
-   Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex player issues.
-   Keep up-to-date with the latest game developments, features, and community trends to offer informed support.
-   Contribute to ongoing improvements in support workflows and procedures to elevate overall player satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Polish and English, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
-   Previous experience in a customer support or similar capacity is preferred.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting issues efficiently.
-   A genuine passion for gaming, particularly related to Riot Games' titles and their player communities.
-   Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for support.
-   Familiarity with customer support platforms and ticketing systems is a plus.
-   A friendly and empathetic approach, demonstrating a commitment to achieving high levels of player satisfaction.
