**Key Responsibilities :** 

-   Drafting briefs, contracts, and any other legal documents.
-   Manage legal correspondence and liaising with our company lawyers
-   Assists in reviewing, summarizing and analyzing contracts and other business documents 
-   Researching legal precedents and existing laws, and create a reports with all necessary information
-   Keeping track of changes in local laws and regulations and providing timely updates on these changes
-   Organize and maintain documents 

-   Meeting with relevant internal and external stakeholders to collect information.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Law or any related field is required
-   A minimum experience of 1-2 years in a paralegal role
-   Experience in preparing legal reports
-   Excellent communication and time management skills
-   Must be able to effectively multi-task, manage time-sensitive documents and have exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
-   Strong oral and written communication skills both in English and in Arabic 
-   Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills
