## Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  

-   Responsible for the overall function and requirements of the production at designated plant,
-   Confirm products status
-   Monitor production achievement against target,
-   Initiate and lead continuous improvement activities and culture,
-   Ensure compliances to all the company rules, procedures and regulations among team members,
-   Promote positive culture and teamwork among team members,
-   Working together with HR Team to offer career and training development for team members,

## Requirements

Competency requirements:-

-   Preference have experience with Manufacturing and Operations Manager or similar roles
-   Preference from Automotive Parts manufacturing industries.
-   Good communication skills
-   No specific education field needed
