**Location:** Houston, TX 77058 (Clear Lake Area)  
**Job Type:** Full-Time

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Business Developer to grow our footprint in the Gulf Coast region. 

**What You Will Do (Responsibilities)**  
As a Staffing Business Developer, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to account management—to expand our market presence. 

-   **Hunt & Prospect:** Identify and secure new business opportunities in industrial and technical sectors through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking.
-   **Strategic Growth:** Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our customer base in the petrochemical, energy, and mechanical industries.
-   **Consultative Selling:** Evaluate client needs to provide tailored staffing solutions (temporary, temp-to-hire, direct-hire).
-   **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain lasting relationships with Hiring Managers, Procurement, and HR professionals.
-   **Proposal Presentation:** Present tailored sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
-   **Market Intelligence:** Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities.

## Requirements

-   **Experience:** 3+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or staffing/recruitment (industrial/technical staffing experience is highly preferred).

-   **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
-   **Skills:** Exceptional sales skills, including cold calling, presentation, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
-   **Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with industrial, mechanical, or safety staffing is a plus.
-   **Technology:** Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
-   **Attributes:** Highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive "hunter" mentality.
