**Patient Coordinator / Rehab Aide | Part-Time | Outpatient | Staunton, VA**

South River Rehab & Performance, a H2 Health company, is seeking a **Patient Coordinator / Rehab Aide** to join our outpatient team in Staunton, Virginia. **Your Role**

-   Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth.
-   Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions.
-   Support daily front-office operations and administrative tasks.
-   Assist therapists with clinic support duties and patient flow.
-   Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas.
-   Help create a positive and efficient experience for every patient visit.
-   Collaborate with therapists and staff to support outstanding patient care.

**Requirements**

-   High school diploma or equivalent required.
-   Strong customer service and communication skills.
-   Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
-   Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
-   Healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
-   Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
