**Responsibilities:**

-   Participates in monitoring the regulatory framework governing the Domestic and International telecommunications and digital markets in which the Company either operates or seeks to enter
-   Contributes to the management of regulatory material and in the monitoring of decisions related to the regulatory framework 
-   Contributes to the preparation of the company's positions in the context of National and European Consultations in collaboration with the relevant Service Levels 
-   Participates in the monitoring of the correct implementation of the regulatory framework from the levels of the company, participating in the provision of the necessary support 
-   Contributes to the identification, analysis and assessment of the impact of existing or forthcoming regulations in Telecommunications and digital markets in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Telecommunications and Digital Services
-   Participates in monitoring regulatory matters in new markets in which the Company seeks to enter
-   Contributes to the techno-economic management of legal disputes related to regulatory matters
-   Contributes to the monitoring of the National and Union regulatory and legislative framework of the Group’s new markets of operation in Greece and abroad, in collaboration with the competent departments, within the context of the development and operation of Subsidiary Companies

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree from a University
-   Master’s degree will be considered an additional qualification 
-   At least two (2) years of relevant experience in managing and monitoring regulatory issues
-   At least two (2) years of experience in the Telecommunications and Digital Services sector
-   Excellent knowledge of the English language 
-   Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
-   Availability in case of emergency (upon phone contact)
