## Description

Senior Compliance Manager  
  
About our client:  
\- Top Chinese Asset Management Institution  
  
Location:  
\- Hong Kong  
  
Responsibilities:  
\- Serve as a hands-on investment compliance professional within a Compliance team of 6 members  
\- Conduct pre-trade and post-trade reviews using Bloomberg AIM  
\- Code compliance rules in Bloomberg AIM  
\- Maintain and update investment compliance policies  
\- Provide investment compliance advice to investment teams  
\- Perform general compliance tasks as required  
  
Pre-requisites:  
\- Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university; Master’s degree is preferable  
\- 3-8 years of solid experience in investment compliance, with hands-on experience in Bloomberg AIM  
\- Experience in a well-established asset management firm is preferable  
\- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, including the Fund Manager Code of Conduct, UT Code, MPF regulations, etc.  
\- Strong understanding of the asset management business  
\- Good knowledge of SFC authorized funds, UCITs, Cayman SPC, etc.  
\- Proficient in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
