This position is crafted for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong desire to provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients while also assisting English-speaking customers.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to Czech and English-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries about products, services, and digital solutions.
-   Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively to ensure a high rate of customer satisfaction.
-   Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's digital offerings to provide accurate and helpful support.
-   Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
-   Participate in training sessions to enhance both product knowledge and customer service skills.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in both Czech and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or technology-related field.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   A keen interest in digital solutions and technology, along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
