Nurses UK is seeking dedicated and compassionate RGNs and RMNs to join our dynamic team!

**Pay: £24.00-£43.50 per hour**

We are looking for both full-time and part-time nurses for day or night shifts. ### **Main Responsibilities:**

-   Work across a diverse range of client settings.
-   Assess and evaluate patient health conditions and needs.
-   Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
-   Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
-   Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
-   Educate patients and their families about health management and preventive care.
-   Adhere to healthcare regulations and maintain accurate patient records.
-   Promote best practices in health and safety and security.
-   Work autonomously with minimal supervision.

## Requirements

-   Must have a valid NMC Pin and UK nursing experience.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-   Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practices.
