## Description

-   Design and implement enterprise-scale Talend ETL/ELT solutions
-   Architect scalable data integration frameworks and reusable components
-   Lead Talend development, code reviews, and performance optimization
-   Design batch and real-time data pipelines
-   Collaborate with business, data, and cloud teams for solution delivery
-   Drive data quality, governance, and migration initiatives
-   Support CI/CD and deployment automation for Talend jobs

## Requirements

**Mandatory Skills**

-   **Talend Data Integration (DI)**
-   **Talend Administration Center (TAC)**
-   Strong ETL / ELT architecture experience
-   Advanced SQL and database expertise
-   Data Warehousing concepts
-   Data Migration / Data Integration
-   Performance tuning of Talend jobs
-   Data Quality / Data Governance
-   Cloud exposure (**AWS / Azure / GCP**)

**Preferred Skills**

-   Talend Data Catalog / Talend Data Fabric
-   Talend Big Data / Spark / Kafka
-   Snowflake / Databricks
-   CI/CD (Jenkins, Git)
-   Python / Shell scripting
-   SAP / ERP data migration experience

**Good to Have**

-   Talend Certifications
-   Banking / Insurance / Retail domain experience
-   Experience leading technical teams
