### Role Overview

We are looking for a **Junior L2 Developer / Engineer** with 3–5 years of experience in application development and production support within the **Core Banking / Investments & Wealth** domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **SilverLake Investments & Wealth**, along with strong technical skills in **.NET and MS-SQL/SQL**. The candidate will be responsible for application support, release management and quality assurance activities.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide **L2/L3 application support** for Investments & Wealth applications.
-   Work on applications built around **SilverLake Investments & Wealth**.
-   Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
-   Support **release management** activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation.
-   Participate in **Quality Assurance (QA)** activities and ensure application quality.
-   Analyse application issues and identify root causes.
-   Work with development, QA and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
-   Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using **MS-SQL/SQL Server**.
-   Support application enhancements, fixes and maintenance activities.
-   Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation where required.
-   Follow established production support and change-management processes.

-   **3–5 years of relevant IT experience**
