## Description

J. Blanton Plumbing is looking for motivated individuals with trade experience or strong hands-on skills who are ready to transition into a high-income sales career.

This is a great opportunity for candidates coming from construction, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling, maintenance, landscaping, or other hands-on industries who enjoy working with people and want to grow into in-home sales.

No sewer sales experience is required — we provide full training.

## Requirements

-   Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments
-   Educate customers on sewer repair and replacement solutions
-   Build trust and guide customers through the sales process
-   Present options and close high-ticket residential projects
-   Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project execution

### What We’re Looking For

-   Background in trades, construction, maintenance, or hands-on work preferred
-   Strong communication and people skills
-   Motivated, coachable, and dependable
-   Comfortable speaking with homeowners
-   Sales experience is a plus but not required
-   Valid driver’s license required
