## Description

### Your mission is to help get a Human Digital Twin into every hospital

A few weeks ago, a nurse in one of the hospitals we're live in got an alert that one of her patients was deteriorating. She escalated a day earlier before she otherwise would have, potentially avoiding an unplanned ICU transfer or worse for the patient.

Our product MEMORI is regulated (class IIb, EU:MDR), embedded in clinical workflows through the EPR, and live in NHS trusts today — recently featured by the BBC. It predicts patient deterioration from infection first, with more tools already in the pipeline. Alongside that, real-time data partnerships are opening up significant pharma and life sciences opportunities.

### About the role

Reports to the CEO. London, full time, in office.

This isn’t a normal commercial job. Deals are already in motion and the founder is running them personally. As we’re building the commercial function we want that motion documented, costed and repeatable, so the people who come after you inherit a system instead of inventing one.

One week you’re sequencing outreach across four named contacts inside a single Trust, whilst building the business case, writing objection handling for a finance director who has already sat through three AI pitches this quarter, and drafting the change-control paperwork. The next week you’re working with our pharma & life sciences team to support with BD opportunities and preparing for a key stakeholder meeting.

You will not be picking the targets and you will not be closing. The CEO owns both. If you need a quota with your name against it, this isn't for you. Expect context-switching every hour, no playbook, and plenty of days where you’re the difference between something happening and something stalling. If you need structure and predictability, this isn’t for you. If you want to see how a company really gets built — the high-stakes, all-consuming version, not the glossy version you read about — you’ll love it here.

We’ll back you, push you, and expect you to keep up. In return, you get a front-row seat to building something that changes healthcare.

### What you’ll do

- Book and sequence meetings across our target partners and accounts, trying different outreach methods until we find the winning formula
- Own the outreach cadence and the follow-up discipline behind it, drafting sequences for approval rather than waiting to be told what to send
- Produce a prep brief and tailored pack for every meeting: the named problems & solutions, budgets, stakeholders, ROI, approval process and objections.
- Fit our value prop to each opportunity and build the business case from it. The model already exists, so fit it and iterate on it, don’t rebuild it
- Run follow-up to an agreed cadence, track every open action on every deal, keep the deal one-pager current, and draft the procurement and change-control paperwork
- Prepare partner co-sell meetings alongside direct trust outreach. Many opportunities run through partners, so you’ll be tracking blockers on their side as closely as ours.
- Keep our CRM as the single source of truth across all opportunities
- Build the reusable spine behind it all: master business case model, swappable deck sections, objection handling sheet, so every meeting starts further forward than the last

## Requirements

- 2-4 yrs in a healthcare commercial role or healthcare consulting or are a strong analyst with commercial instinct moving toward the buying conversation.
- Can write a business case a finance director would actually read, and know why the numbers have to hold up
- Can hold a follow-up cadence across a large set of accounts without anyone chasing you
- Are not put off by the tenth unanswered email
- Are precise with evidence and know that this is critical in healthcare. Our evidence lead signs off every claim, which is why what we put in front of a clinician holds up
- Are organised enough that nothing slips, and honest enough to flag it early when something has
- Bonus NHS procurement or EPR supplier experience

### How we’ll know it’s working

We measure qualified meetings booked, not activity volume. A prep pack before every meeting, without exception. CRM pipeline data the leadership team can act on without cleaning it first.

## Benefits

### Where this role could take you

You’ll be commercialising a certified clinical AI product already live in the NHS, at the moment it moves from founder-led deals to a repeatable commercial engine. There is room to take on the EPR partnership process as that engine settles.

People who thrive here go on to:

·        Own a larger part of the commercial process

·        Lead bids or commercial strategy at other regulated health tech companies.

·        Run the partner channel as the EPR business grows beyond the founder.

### Salary et al

At Sanome, we offer a market-rate salary alongside progressive company benefits such as EMI share options, flexible working, private healthcare, team events, etc.

However, the real reason you want to work here is to make a difference and be part of something that will positively impact millions of people worldwide.

### We are an equal opportunity employer

Are you different? Great, we welcome people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Sanome is an equal opportunities employer, and we encourage you to apply.
