## Description

We’re Move — an embedded talent consultancy on a mission to evolve how the world’s businesses recruit. We work with some of the most innovative organisations out there, from crypto change-makers, Google-backed unicorns, and some of the best and brightest in Fintech and SaaS.

We’re looking for a motivated and curious Recruiter to join our team in Cape Town. This role will support both **Move’s internal hiring**, making it a unique opportunity to learn hands-on from experienced recruiters while contributing to live work.

You’ll gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and market research to candidate engagement and employer branding.

**What you’ll be doing:**

-   Sourcing and identifying potential candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
-   Screening CVs and supporting with interview scheduling.
-   Assisting with Move’s internal hiring needs.
-   Building candidate pipelines and supporting recruiters on client projects.
-   Conducting market research and talent mapping.
-   Updating and maintaining recruitment systems (ATS) and reporting.
-   Supporting employer branding initiatives (content, events, campaigns).
-   Learning core recruitment skills through structured training and mentorship.

## Requirements

-   2 - 4 years of recruitment experience (mixture of agency and internal).
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
-   Curious about people, careers, and businesses.
-   Comfortable using LinkedIn and social media professionally.
-   Resilient, resourceful, and eager to learn.
-   A proactive team player, adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficiency using AI tools to streamline work.
-   Based in Cape Town, with the ability to work in a hybrid setup.
