## Description

Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Bartender to lead the bar operations at a prestigious 5-Star Luxury Hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional opportunity to manage a professional team, create innovative cocktail menus, and ensure the highest standards of service in a sophisticated and elegant environment. The Head Bartender will play a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction and maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence.

### Responsibilities

-   Oversee daily bar operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
-   Develop creative and seasonal cocktail menus that reflect the luxury brand and meet guest expectations.
-   Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience.
-   Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs effectively.
-   Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
-   Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and promotions.
-   Mentor and develop bartending staff to build a high-performing team.
-   Monitor and address guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 5 years experience as a Bartender, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or Head Bartender role within luxury hotels or upscale establishments.
-   Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
-   Strong leadership and team management skills.
-   Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
-   Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
-   Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
-   Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.
-   Passion for mixology and a creative approach to beverage development.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-   Must be currently in UAE
