## Description

-   Manage the **end-to-end recruitment cycle** from sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.

-   Understand hiring requirements and job specifications with hiring managers.

-   Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.

-   Search and identify candidates through **LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and other channels**.

-   Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.

-   Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

-   Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

-   Maintain and update the **candidate pipeline and ATS**.

-   Ensure a positive and professional **candidate experience** throughout the recruitment process.

-   Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.

-   Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

-   Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

-   Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns when required.

## Requirements

-   **1+ year of experience** in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar role.

-   **Fluent English is a MUST.**

-   Hands-on experience with **end-to-end recruitment processes**.

-   Strong sourcing skills using **LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels**.

-   Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.

-   Good understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.

-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.

-   Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.

-   Good command of **MS Office / Google Workspace**.

-   Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
