### Responsibilities:

-   Deliver excellent customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues effectively and professionally.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies.
-   Work closely with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Stay informed about the company products, services, and updates to provide accurate guidance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
-   Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage challenging situations gracefully.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
-   Readiness to relocate to Greece with relocation costs covered by the company.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
