### Your Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking users through various communication channels.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to the ride-sharing app, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
-   Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
-   Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
-   Participate in regular training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.

## Requirements

-   Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your application.
-   Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential.
-   Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
-   Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
