## Description

**Account specific roles and responsibilities:**

-   Process and follow up on insurance claims.
-   Review Provider EOBs and identify billing discrepancies.
-   Investigate and resolve denied claims.
-   Contact insurance companies regarding claim status, payments, and denials.
-   Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.

## Requirements

-   At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Healthcare Account
-   Knowledge of processing insurance claims, including reviewing Provider EOBs (Explanation of Benefits).
-   Familiar with insurance denials and the resolution process.
-   Experience calling insurance companies to verify claim status and resolve billing issues.
-   Good verbal and written English communication skills
-   Willing to work onsite in **Shaw Blvd,** **Mandaluyong**
-   Amenable working night shift
