## Description

**Contractual Hours Weekly: 25 hours**

**Hourly Rate : £12.81 Per Hour**

**Work Pattern: 4 ON 3 OFF FLEXIBLE PATTERN**

**Contract: Full Time Permanent**

**We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team here at New Square,**

**We are a busy and vibrant shopping centre located in West Bromwich town centre**.

### Responsibilities / Duties:

• Be responsible for all the basic cleaning on-site.

• Work on their own initiative and ensure that their area of responsibility is to the cleaning

standards set by the company.

• Be expected to represent ABM and its client in a professional manner, demonstrating the highest

of Company Standards.

• Perform all tasks as requested by immediate supervisor/manager and as detailed in the job

specification for the particular site in question.

• Participate/attend in all training and implement the correct cleaning methods at all times.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order.

• Show courtesy to all members of staff and customers

## Requirements

-   Good level of English both verbal & written.

-   Experience in a similar role is desirable, however full training will be provided
