**MYTH:** “It’s just mixing cocktails all night.”  
**REALITY:** You manage bar operations in a structured hotel environment. You prepare drinks efficiently, maintain standards, and handle guest interaction professionally.

**MYTH:** “It’s basically a party job.”  
**REALITY:** Guests may be on holiday — you’re at work. You stay focused, fast, and precise during busy service hours.

**MYTH:** “It’s relaxed because it’s Greece.”  
**REALITY:** It’s a fast-paced hospitality role in Greece. You relocate for the season and work full-time in an international hotel environment.

**MYTH:** “Bar work abroad means chaos.”  
**REALITY:** You work within structured operations. You coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth evening flow.

**MYTH:** “There’s no lifestyle element.”  
**REALITY:** After shift, you’re still in Greece. Warm evenings, beach sunsets, international colleagues. It’s work — but it’s also a season abroad.

**MYTH:** “It’s just temporary and doesn’t matter.”  
**REALITY:** Bar operations in an international hotel build speed, coordination, communication skills and service confidence.

**Important:** This position is **based in Greece**. You relocate for the season and live near or on-site at the hotel. EU passport required.

## Requirements
