### Location & Schedule

-   **Possible starts: 26.10, 9.11 or 23.11**
-   **Office-based work in Athens – Neos Kosmos**
-   **Fixed Monday–Friday schedule: 09:00–18:00** (8h/day, 40h/week, no shifts, weekends off)

### Project

**Help Turkish-market businesses grow through smarter advertising.**  
Depending on the assigned team, you will handle inbound sales opportunities or proactively engage Turkish-speaking advertisers, understand their business goals and recommend paid social media advertising solutions suited to their needs and budgets.

### As an Ad Sales Specialist you will

-   **Engage with Turkish-speaking advertisers and business clients**
-   **Identify sales opportunities** through inbound enquiries or proactive business contact
-   Understand each client’s business goals, advertising needs and budgets
-   **Recommend suitable paid digital advertising solutions**
-   Guide clients through sales conversations and handle objections
-   **Build strong relationships with advertisers** and develop commercial opportunities
-   Manage follow-ups, sales pipeline and customer activity in CRM
-   **Work towards individual and team Sales targets**

### Salary & Bonuses

-   **Base salary:** 1,100 gross/month x14 – including two additional salary payments worth 2,200 gross in total
-   **Fixed project bonus:** 200 gross/month
-   **Performance bonus:** up to 250 gross/month
-   **Welcome bonus: 1,000 gross in total**, paid in 12 monthly instalments of approximately **83 gross/month during your first year**.

**Average monthly gross package: 1,383–1,633 gross/month during your first year, including the welcome bonus, + 2 additional salaries per year + Up Hellas Card**

### Requirements

-   **Turkish at C1/C2 level**
-   **English at B2 level or higher**
-   **At least 1 year of Sales experience (any industry)** – selling products/services, developing clients or negotiating contracts counts
-   Experience in Inbound or Outbound Sales, retail, telesales, travel/tourism, business development, account management or Digital Advertising is a plus
-   **Comfortable with client conversations, consultative selling and working towards Sales targets**
-   **You already live in Athens and already have valid legal authorization to work in Greece**
