## Description

Temporary Full-Time Community Manager

Taylor Management Company is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a temporary full-time position.

The manager will oversee two townhome communities one of which is active adult.

The position requires strong communication, organizational, and property-management skills. Responsibilities include daily community operations, resident and Board communications, vendor coordination, property inspections, work-order follow-up, and oversight of ongoing projects.

Position Details:

-   Temporary, full-time position
-   Management of two communities
-   Salary: $80,000 annually
-   Prior community association management experience
-   Active-adult community experience is a plus
-   Strong communication and organizational skills required
