We are hiring German**\-**speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialists to join our international team in Sofia**,** Bulgaria.

In this role, you will assist customers with questions related to Fitbit products, provide troubleshooting support, and help users get the most out of their devices.

You will work in a modern office environment with a multicultural team while supporting a globally recognized technology brand.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide customer support for Fitbit products in German.
-   Assist customers with product setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
-   Guide customers through technical solutions step-by-step.
-   Answer questions about features, accounts, and services.
-   Document customer interactions accurately.
-   Ensure a positive customer experience.

## Requirements

-   Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level).
-   Good English skills.
-   Interest in technology and smart devices.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

-   Comfortable learning new products and systems.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, or already living in Bulgaria.
-   Previous technical support or customer service experience is an advantage.
