**LPN - Long Term Care**

**Starting at $35/hr**

**Shift: Evenings**

WorkFit Medical Staffing is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Long-Term Care team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality care in a supportive and professional environment while making a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Providing direct nursing care to long-term care residents.
-   Administering medications and treatments safely and accurately.
-   Monitoring patients’ health status and reporting any changes promptly.
-   Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
-   Maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
-   Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and facility policies.
-   Offering emotional support and education to residents and their families.

## Requirements

-   Valid New York State LPN license.
-   Minimum 1 year experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
-   Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
