## Description

Canaves Collection, a luxury hotel group in Santorini, is seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring their successful execution and adherence to timelines.

### Responsibilities

-   Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
-   Communicate and collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to coordinate project activities.
-   Ensure that all projects are completed according to quality standards and safety regulations.
-   Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and budgets are met.
-   Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a related field.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
-   Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
