### **Goodsmith is Hiring a High-End Residential Painter!**

**Location:** Houston, TX (On-Site)  
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends Off)  
**Pay Rate:** $55,000 – $65,000/year + tips  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time

### **Overview**

Goodsmith is a full-time home repair company seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Residential Painter specializing in high-end custom homes. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in precision work, customer service, and delivering premium-quality finishes.

You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, tools, and consistent work—allowing you to focus on craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

### **Responsibilities**

-   Perform high-end residential painting, including interior and exterior work
-   Complete sheetrock repairs, patching, sanding, and surface preparation
-   Deliver clean lines, smooth finishes, and premium-quality results
-   Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the day
-   Document job progress and notes using the Goodsmith app
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in customers’ homes
-   Arrive on time, in uniform, and fully prepared each day
-   Follow company procedures and uphold service quality standards

## Requirements

-   5+ years of experience in high-end residential painting
-   Strong experience working in high-end custom homes
-   3+ years of direct, customer-facing experience
-   Ability to work independently and solve complex problems
-   Experience with both interior and exterior painting
-   Expert knowledge of paint types, finishes, and coatings
-   Advanced skills in surface preparation (patching, sanding, priming)
-   Experience with color matching, blending, and specialty finishes (e.g., faux finishes, glazing, texturing)
-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
-   Willingness to complete an FBI background check and drug test
