 Supporting Project Managers on site, the project administrator works collaboratively with other teams, in a fast paced, ever-changing environment. To be successful, the candidate needs to have strong communication skills, be self-motivated and detailed oriented.

### Duties & Responsibilities

-   Provide general administrative support to the Construction Management Team (CMT).
-   Coordinate contractor mobilization and provide ongoing administrative support throughout the project.
-   Manage pre-mobilization deliverables, including required documentation and onboarding requirements.
-   Coordinate contractor flights, training, and other mobilization logistics.
-   Facilitate the administration and coordination of Requests for Information (RFIs), Site Instructions (SIs), and other construction documentation between contractors and the Construction Management Team.
-   Administer document control processes, ensuring documents are organized, accurate, accessible, and properly maintained.

## Requirements

-   Self-starter with the ability to learn and apply new concepts, software, and tools quickly and independently.
-   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-   Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
-   Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
-   Previous experience in a construction, engineering, or project management environment is considered an asset.
