As a Guest Experience Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a pivotal role in shaping their stay right from the moment they arrive. Your warm welcome, keen attention to detail, and genuine care for their needs will leave a lasting impression and make every guest feel special. ### Your Responsibilities

-   Welcome guests with a friendly smile and assist with seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
-   Actively listen to guest inquiries and provide engaging recommendations for activities, dining, and leisure.
-   Manage daily emails and communications with professionalism and poise.
-   Handle guest complaints graciously, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
-   Keep accurate records while handling financial transactions with confidence.
-   Coordinate guest transfers and transportation, ensuring their journey is smooth and hassle-free.
-   Strive to exceed guest expectations, creating moments that make their stay truly memorable.

## Requirements

-   A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a bonus!
-   Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front-office or customer service role, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
-   Fluent in Greek, both written and spoken; excellent command of English is a must. Additional languages are definitely a plus!
-   Proficient in essential computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems (such as Opera and Fidelio).
-   Strong customer service skills, with a knack for understanding and resolving guest concerns.
-   A proactive team player who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude!
