## Description

Join a growing automotive repair team serving customers across Miami- Dade and Broward Counties. This is a field-based role for an experienced technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality paint and body repairs directly at customer locations.

Service Area: Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Hialeah, Hollywood, Pembroke Pines, and surrounding areas.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Perform mobile automotive paint and body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint touch-ups at customer locations.
-   Complete dent repairs, bumper repairs, panel replacement, paint touch-ups, and cosmetic refinishing.
-   Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, priming, and paint application.
-   Match paint colours accurately and ensure a high-quality finish.
-   Maintain and upkeep of tools, equipment, and company service vehicle.
-   Offer courteous and professional service to all clients.
-   Manage daily schedules and service routes efficiently to optimize service delivery.
-   Document completed repairs and report progress as needed.

## Requirements

-   3+ years of experience in automotive paint and body repair.
-   Strong knowledge of paint systems, surface preparation, and repair techniques.
-   Experience with dent removal, paint blending, refinishing, and cosmetic repairs.
-   Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

-   Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-   Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
-   Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

-   Formal certification or training in automotive paint and body repair.
-   Experience using the latest paint technologies and materials.
