## Description

Event Executive Intern (3/6/12 months)  
  
About the Role  
We are seeking a creative and execution-driven Event Executive Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in event planning and on-ground execution, including concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events. The ideal candidate is someone who generates innovative ideas and is proactive in bringing concepts to life.  
  
Key Responsibilities  
\- Brainstorm and propose creative marketing ideas for events such as concerts, showcases, and lifestyle events  
\- Execute events from ideation to rollout, including social media posts, content creation, and activations  
\- Create and publish engaging content on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Xiaohongshu  
\- Assist in on-ground event execution, including setup, coordination, and crowd engagement  
\- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and partners to ensure timely completion of deliverables  
\- Manage timelines and ensure all tasks are followed through to completion  
\- Monitor campaign performance and actively suggest improvements  
  
What We’re Looking For  
\- Strong interest in events, marketing, and entertainment  
\- A doer mindset with the ability to take initiative and execute, not just ideate  
\- Creativity and a good sense of current trends and social media content  
\- Comfortable being hands-on, both online and on-site during events  
\- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools are a plus  
\- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment  
  
Bonus Points  
\- Experience in content creation or managing social media pages  
\- Passion for concerts, music, or live entertainment  
\- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly during live event situations
