Chipply is the industry’s preferred web store platform that allows team dealers, custom apparel decorators, and corporate suppliers to build and launch online stores with ease and confidence.

**Position Overview:**

We are looking for a strategic, customer-focused Product Manager to join our team and help drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product offerings. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to build and improve products that solve real problems and deliver exceptional value to our users.

_\*This is a hybrid role, and will require being on-site at the office in New Berlin, WI 3 days per week._

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Define and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery aligns with user requirements and timelines.
-   Translate product requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
-   Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate on solutions to improve user experience and business outcomes.
-   Lead product launches, working closely with marketing, sales, and customer support.
-   Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA a plus).
-   3+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
-   Prior experience leading technical initiatives—such as system integrations or API development—is preferred, though not required.
-   Proven success in delivering customer-facing software products.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-   Experience working with Agile development methodologies.
-   Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Figma, or similar.
