## Description

**This is NOT a HR Generalist opening.**

We are looking for a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to join our HR team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will be the "face" of training for our frontline teams. You will spend approximately 70% of your time facilitating engaging workshops and providing in-store coaching, while dedicated 30% to the essential administrative and analytical reporting that keeps our 19 stores operating at excellence.

- **Drive Holistic Onboarding:** Coordinate and execute the onboarding journey for retail frontline staff and corporate executive-level new hires. You will partner with Operations Management to ensure the "Buddy System" is effectively implemented at the store level for seamless integration.

- **Facilitation & Brand Excellence:** Deliver engaging Service Excellence workshops and review corporate grooming standards with new hires to ensure our team consistently represents our premium brand.

- **Manage Specialized Learning Portals:** Serve as the primary point of contact for airport-specific training, including QSM registrations, the One Changi Learning portal, and managing Extra Miles Award matters for operations.

- **Coordinate Mandatory Compliance:** Oversee mandatory training sessions, including First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance, ensuring all employees meet essential regulatory and industry requirements.

- **In-Store Coaching:** Regularly visit stores across Changi Airport terminals to provide real-time, constructive feedback on service standards and operational behaviors.

- **L&D Operations & Process Improvement:** Review and refine Learning & Development SOPs and processes for continuous improvement. You will also manage training-related financial administration, including Expenditure Proposals (EP) and payment requisitions to external providers.

- **Data-Driven Reporting:** Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly HR reports for the L&D function, ensuring training effectiveness and participation are accurately tracked.

- **Shape Company Culture:** Review, propose, and execute Employee Engagement programs and activities that foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

- **Ad-hoc Support:** Assist with broader HR initiatives and general affairs projects as assigned by management.

**Why you should be interested**:

- The World's Leading Stage: Work at Changi Airport, an iconic global landmark ranked as the world's best airport for 14 years. You will be part of the excellence that defines this world-class travel hub.
- Diverse Scope of Impact: From onboarding corporate executives to coaching frontline staff, your work touches every level of our Singapore operations.
- Strategic Contribution: Beyond delivery, you will have a seat at the table in improving L&D processes and shaping our employee engagement strategy.
- Global Brand Visibility: Work closely with HR leadership in a high-visibility role within a global brand environment, offering significant variety and professional challenge.
