## Description

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a talented Graphic & Product Designer to join our creative team and support both digital marketing and product packaging initiatives.

This role involves a mix of image editing, ad creative development, and packaging design work. You’ll collaborate closely with our brand and marketing teams to ensure every design — from product listings to final packaging files — reflects our visual identity and supports our go-to-market efforts.

You’ll work on everything from site and PDP (Product Detail Page) image edits to new product packaging templates, ensuring all assets are consistent, conversion-driven, and production-ready.

**Key Responsibilities**

**E-commerce & Digital Design**

-   Edit and optimize images for websites, PDPs, and landing pages (LPs).
-   Update and enhance listing images for both existing and new products.
-   Create ad creatives from scratch for use across Meta, TikTok, and other marketing channels.

**Product & Packaging Design**

-   Apply brand guidelines, color systems, and visual templates from our branding agency to new and existing product lines.
-   Work on product dielines (boxes, jars, bottles, sprays, etc.) — making edits and preparing print-ready files for manufacturers.
-   Support the new product design process using established brand templates and packaging frameworks.
-   Collaborate with production partners to ensure design accuracy and print quality.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

-   Work with the brand, marketing, and product development teams to ensure design consistency.
-   Manage multiple design requests and revisions with attention to detail and deadlines.
-   Maintain brand standards and deliver visually cohesive assets across all channels.

## Requirements

**Requirements**

-   3–5 years of professional design experience (consumer goods, e-commerce, or CPG preferred).
-   Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
-   Experience creating digital ad creatives, product imagery, and packaging designs.
-   Understanding of dieline setup, print specifications, and packaging production.
-   Excellent eye for detail, layout, and color consistency.
-   Ability to balance creative design with brand and performance goals.

**Nice to Have**

-   Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, or other e-commerce platforms.
-   Experience designing for motion or video formats.
-   Knowledge of print production workflows and manufacturer coordination.
