Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative for a dynamic IT Company located in Greece. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy and eager to provide outstanding support to Czech-speaking clients in the fast-paced IT industry.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with technical inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting technical issues.
-   Guide clients through software installations, updates, and general usage of IT products.
-   Handle customer feedback and complaints in a professional manner to ensure a positive experience.
-   Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate assistance.
-   Document all customer interactions and resolve cases efficiently to support operational improvements.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the IT sector or a technology-related field.
-   Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-   A genuine interest in technology and a willingness to learn about the company's products and services.
