### **About the Position:**

-   Full-Time Monday to Friday with approximate start & finish times 5:30am to 1:30pm
-   13.5% Superannuation
-   Consistent work and stable hours

Cochrane’s Transport is seeking an experienced and reliable HC Truck Driver to join our Whyalla Depot on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting general freight, including pallets, skids and cartons, to a variety of delivery points throughout Whyalla and the surrounding areas.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Safely operating an HC vehicle
-   Delivering and collecting general freight
-   Loading and unloading freight as required
-   Operating a forklift
-   Completing delivery documentation and required paperwork
-   Conducting daily vehicle safety checks
-   Providing professional customer service
-   Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures

### About you:

-   A current HC Driver's License or greater
-   A current Forklift License
-   Previous experience delivering general freight
-   A strong safety focus and knowledge of load restraint requirements
-   Good communication and customer service skills
-   The ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules
-   A reliable and professional attitude
