HVAC Service Technician 

📍 Lexington Park, MD | 💰 Up to $45/hr + SPIFFs & Bonuses | 🚚 Take-Home Truck | Full-Time

Position Overview 

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you'll diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll work independently, manage your own service truck, and help homeowners make informed decisions about repairs and system replacements.

Responsibilities 

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems   
• Perform thorough equipment evaluations   
• Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly to customers   
• Complete service paperwork and maintain accurate records   
• Maintain truck inventory and a clean company vehicle   
• Coordinate with dispatch, parts, and installation teams   
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service   
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards   
• Assist with installation projects as needed 

Qualifications 

• Strong residential HVAC service and repair experience   
• Ability to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems independently   
• Excellent communication and customer service skills   
• Knowledge of HVAC codes, safety practices, and industry standards   
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record   
• EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)   
• Must provide basic HVAC hand tools   
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude 

Schedule 

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM   
• Overtime opportunities available   
• On-call rotation approximately every 5-6 weeks (more frequently during peak season)
