## Description

Save More Marketplace is seeking a dedicated Assistant Grocery Manager to join our team for the 2PM to 10PM shift. As Assistant Grocery Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting daily grocery operations, supervising staff, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the success of a trusted community grocery store with a commitment to quality and service.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assist the Grocery Manager in overseeing daily department activities and team performance.
-   Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise efficiently.
-   Lead, train, and support grocery department staff to maintain high service standards.
-   Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
-   Address customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
-   Help execute merchandising and promotional initiatives to boost sales.
-   Collaborate with other store departments and management to achieve operational goals.

## Requirements

-   Prior experience in retail or grocery management required.
-   Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
-   Excellent communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle diverse situations.
-   Availability to work the specified shift and flexibility for weekends or holidays as needed.
