### Responsibilities

-   Develop and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications and APIs.
-   Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server logic.
-   Design, implement, and optimize database schemas and queries for high performance.
-   Ensure the security and robustness of back-end components.
-   Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for software development.
-   Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
-   Work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
-   Proven experience as a Back-end Developer or similar role.
-   Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, or Node.js.
-   Experience with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
-   Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
-   Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
-   Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and documentation.
