## Description

### Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **E-Commerce Manager** to oversee and grow our online sales channels. The role will be responsible for managing e-commerce platforms, developing digital sales strategies, optimizing the customer journey, and driving revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital marketing, marketplace management, website merchandising, analytics, and customer experience.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
-   Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
-   Maintain product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, promotions, and product categorization.
-   Monitor website performance, conversion rates, traffic, average order value, and other key KPIs.
-   Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, seasonal offers, and product launches.
-   Work closely with marketing teams to coordinate SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and other digital campaigns.
-   Optimize website navigation, product pages, checkout process, and overall customer experience.
-   Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
-   Manage marketplace accounts and ensure compliance with marketplace policies and requirements.
-   Coordinate with inventory, warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
-   Monitor stock availability and work with relevant teams to minimize out-of-stock situations.
-   Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and promotional activities.
-   Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to management.
-   Manage relationships with technology providers, agencies, marketplaces, and other external partners.
-   Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and processes to improve e-commerce performance.
-   Ensure online content, pricing, promotions, and brand presentation are accurate and consistent.
-   Manage the e-commerce budget and monitor return on investment (ROI).

## Requirements

### Qualifications & Experience

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
-   **3–5+ years of experience** in e-commerce, digital retail, or online marketplace management.
-   Experience managing an e-commerce website and/or major online marketplaces.
-   Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising, CRM, and online merchandising.
-   Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar systems is preferred.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Proficiency with Google Analytics and reporting/BI tools.
-   Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
-   Strong commercial awareness and understanding of online customer behavior.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
