## Description

\- Create original and imaginative architectural concepts based on client briefs and project objectives.

\- Develop sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate architectural ideas effectively.

\- Stay informed about new materials, technologies, and trends in architecture and design to push the boundaries of creative solutions.

\- Conduct preliminary assessments of the feasibility of design concepts, including structural, environmental, and budgetary considerations.

\- Prepare and present architectural concepts to clients, project stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring designs meet both client expectations and regulatory standards.

\- Make necessary revisions to the concept designs based on client feedback or changing project requirements.

\- Produce 2D and 3D renderings using rendering software and artificial intelligence (AI).

## Requirements

**Requirements**

\- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.

\- 10–15 years of experience in concept design or architectural design.

\- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

\- Strong understanding of architectural styles, materials, and trends.

\- Ability to translate abstract ideas into tangible, visually appealing designs.

\- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
