Phone Distribution Representative

### Job Summary

We are seeking a **tech-savvy and customer-focused Phone Distribution Representative** to assist individuals needing an assisted phone service. This position follows established procedures to verify eligibility, complete required steps, and distribute devices.

### Responsibilities

-   Assist customers through the phone enrollment and distribution process
-   Follow established procedures and guidelines accurately
-   Enter and update customer information using computer systems
-   Explain basic phone features and setup instructions
-   Provide friendly and professional customer service
-   Troubleshoot basic technology issues when needed
-   Maintain accurate records and documentation

## Benefits
