## Description

Doryssa Hotels & Resorts is a hospitality group operating a collection of hotel properties that range from luxury seaside resorts to boutique retreats. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play an important part in shaping each guest's dining experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, takes pride in delivering thoughtful service, and works well with both guests and colleagues to maintain a high standard of food and beverage operations.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide attentive table service and ensure a welcoming dining experience.
-   Present menus, explain specials, and make informed food and drink recommendations.
-   Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to maintain smooth service flow.
-   Handle guest requests and resolve complaints professionally during service.
-   Prepare and maintain dining areas to meet cleanliness and presentation standards.

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year of waiter or waitress experience in hospitality, including experience providing bar service.
-   Hands-on experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
-   Strong knowledge of table service standards and guest service etiquette.
-   Good spoken English for assisting international guests.
-   Eligibility to work in Greece.
-   Availability to work evenings, weekends, and split shifts.
-   Barista experience is a plus.
