## Requirements

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Sales or business development experience preferred.
-   Commercial insurance experience is a plus but not required.
-   Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
-   Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
