## Description

We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager** with **9-10+ years of experience** in managing large-scale technology and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, oversee cross-functional teams and vendors, manage project governance, risks, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring successful project execution within scope, timeline, and budget.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   **9-10+ years of Project Management experience.**
-   Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
-   **PMP Certification** or equivalent project management certification is required.
-   Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise and digital transformation projects.
-   Strong experience in project planning, governance, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
-   Experience managing project scope, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, issues, and change requests.
-   Expertise in stakeholder management, vendor management, and cross-functional team coordination.
-   Experience developing project charters, Statements of Work (SOWs), project plans, and integrated schedules.
-   Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
-   Experience managing multiple workstreams, third-party vendors, system integrations, and dependencies.
-   Ability to drive project governance, reporting, escalation management, and executive communications.
-   Experience monitoring project performance, KPIs, deliverables, and milestone achievement.
-   Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar platforms.
-   Strong analytical, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or related certifications.
-   Experience managing enterprise applications, portals, mobile applications, and system integration projects.
-   Experience in PMO governance and strategic project management.
-   Strong financial management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
-   Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and complex technology programs.
