We are excited to offer a position for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative dedicated to supporting Booking.com customers, with an attractive paid relocation package to Athens, Greece. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking Booking.com users via phone, email, and chat.
-   Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and modifications with professionalism and accuracy.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
-   Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
-   Stay updated on Booking.com policies, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred.
-   Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry, is an advantage.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is beneficial.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with paid relocation support provided.
