## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Spanish Speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package! Your main responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it complies with our community guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish to ensure adherence to community standards and policies.
-   Classify and make informed decisions on content based on established moderation guidelines.
-   Identify and report inappropriate content or violations promptly.
-   Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation processes.
-   Collaborate with team members to maintain and enhance moderation quality.
-   Stay updated on company policies regarding content moderation and community engagement.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred.
-   Strong attention to detail and consistent application of moderation guidelines.
-   Excellent communication skills to clearly justify moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
-   Familiarity with content moderation tools and online platforms is an advantage.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural environment.
-   Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
