## Description

**Enclave Real Estate** is expanding its multinational team and is looking for **Dubai-based Property Advisors** who are fluent in **Dutch, French or German** to join our growing Off-Plan division.

This opportunity is specifically for **professionals currently based in Dubai/UAE** with experience in the local real estate or luxury sales market. **We are not recruiting overseas candidates for relocation.**

We are looking for ambitious, results-driven professionals who can use their language skills to build strong relationships with international clients and investors.

## Requirements

-   Currently **based in Dubai/UAE**
-   Minimum **1 year of experience** in real estate or luxury sales
-   Fluent in **Dutch, French or German**
-   Previous **Dubai/UAE real estate experience strongly preferred**
-   Proven track record of achieving sales targets
-   Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
-   Valid UAE driving license
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team
