## Description

**The role in brief:**

You'll be responsible to help support your employer's computer systems by installing, designing and protecting them. This includes working on local area networks, network segments, Internet systems and wide area networks.

**Your responsibilities:**

-   Implementation, and the high level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems.
-   Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions.
-   Installation, configuration and upgrading of servers and related hardware and software in a LAN, WAN and stand-alone environment.
-   Investigation, diagnostic testing, troubleshooting and repair/resolution of system, hardware, software and infrastructure.

## Requirements

**Your Qualification:**

-   Minimum 4 to 6 Years of Experience in a similar environment
-   Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Computer Application
-   MCSE/MCSA certification and application-level certification related to Exchange, Storage will be an added advantage.
-   Should be fluent in English, Arabic is an added advantage
-   Must have good communication skill both verbal & oral and self-starter

  

**Your Proficiencies**

-   Knowledge in network hardware infrastructure, diagnosis, and troubleshooting abilities.
-   Fluent in English; Arabic would be an added advantage.
-   Capacity to deal with complex problems with ability to demonstrate good judgment and decision making.
-   Good communication skills
-   Able to work in a fast-paced environment, motivated and team player & team management, business & organization understanding.
-   Organized, highly motivated, goal-oriented.
-   Adaptive to sudden schedule changes
-   Able to work well within teams
